Nitrogen Refill (Q) 80 lb L-QNITROGEN

The Nitrogen Refill (L-QNITROGEN) is supplied in a standard “Q”-size high-pressure cylinder, containing approximately 80 cubic feet of inert nitrogen gas and conforming to DOT/TC specifications (3AA steel). With a service pressure around 2,000 psi and an empty tare weight of approximately 47 lb, the cylinder measures roughly 7" in diameter by 31" in height. Technicians appreciate its CGA 580 outlet valve, suitability for HVAC brazing, purging, pressure-testing and freeze-dry functions, and the fact that it’s an exchange-style refill—allowing fast on-site turnaround. Ensure cylinder is stored upright, secured, and used with an approved regulator and hose setup.
