Administrative Assistant


Ideal candidate can work well in a high volume, multi-line, sales environment. Customer Service and excellent people skills a must. Must be able to greet visitors in a professional manner. Position also includes performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the day to day sales and operations activities of the office along with answering the phones.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel) is required.

· Experience with learning and using company-specific software programs is required.

· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience

· Residential HVAC program administration - Co-op experience a plus

· Data Entry, processing, confirmation and invoicing.

· Inventory receipts and Invoice coding

· Manage vendor relationships and order supplies

· All incoming and outgoing mail duties

· Print and mail daily invoices and monthly statements

· Ability to work scanners, copiers, postage and fax machines

· Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy

· Excels in a fast-paced environment and has attention to detail

· Ability to interface well with external and internal customers.

· Excellent multitasking and organizational skills is required

· Maintain work area in a neat and organized fashion

· Must be punctual and possess a positive upbeat attitude
