Commercial Customer Service Representative


The Habegger Corporation is currently seeking an HVAC Commercial Customer Service Rep with exceptional customer experience skills. In this role you will work as an order correspondent who enters customer orders, maximizes orders, and processes all factory direct invoices daily.


Major Tasks, Accountabilities, and Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Mechanical Contractors and Habegger Sales Team
  • Maintain files, create purchase orders and enter into Habegger system
  • Answer calls and provide shipping information to customers
  • Ensure all orders are maximized and within allowable ranges
  • Process factory direct invoices daily, monitoring for accuracy
  • Assist other departments and perform job related duties as assigned



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Fluent with computer applications and operating systems including Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions without close supervision
  • Accurate, efficient, and capable of handling detailed work assignments
  • Flexibility to adapt to organizational changes and move among departments when necessary
