Job Description:

The Habegger Corporation is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Assistant that are responsible, organized, and customer service oriented. As a CSR/warehouse assistant, you will be the face of Habegger for customer order fulfillment and interfacing via phone, email, and in person. The goal for this position is the work 70% on the front counter with customers and 30% completing warehouse duties.


The primary duties of a CSR/warehouse assistant include the following: interfacing with customers and maintaining customer relationships, processing and fulfilling customer orders, and completing required warehouse duties.


Within Habegger, customer experience is top priority which requires CSR/warehouse staff to have a great understanding of the customer’s needs and the ability to exceed their expectations. Furthermore, timeliness, promptness, and cleanliness for all aspects of the warehouse are required.


Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world class customer experience through effective communication via phone, text, in person, email, etc.
  • Take all opportunities to educate and upsell on all products
  • Complete customer transactions with the upmost professionalism
  • Assist with all warehouse duties when needed
  • Answer customer calls in a timely manner and actively listen to concerns or requests
  • Provide customer with accurate information that will assist with their needs
  • Create a personal customer connection with friendly conversation and empathize with their concern
  • Deliver results through efficient troubleshooting
  • Show appreciation for the customers’ business and loyalty
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
  • Document with accuracy each phone call for follow up if needed
  • Assist coworkers by sharing knowledge and create effective communication
  • Support the mission, principles, and goals of the company



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Forklift or Picker Machine experience preferred
  • HVAC industry experience preferred
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience communicating with customers via phone, and email
  • Understanding and experience with inventory management
