Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential. During your training, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you’ll support our management team with daily tasks such as managing projects, allocating budget and designing better operational processes. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important Facility Coordinator qualifications you should have. Some Key Responsibilities

  • Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
  • Understand each department’s (e.g. Operations, Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
  • Provide administrative support (e.g. Project Management, Spreadsheet analysis, data entry)
  • Participate in company’s strategic planning
  • Create business opportunities with long term vision

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharonville, OH 45241: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Some Key Qualifications

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in management, operations, or business
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to lead a team for effective decision making
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
  • A solid mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
