Class Objective:
At the completion of the training program, attendees will be able to find Carrier/Bryant documents using a computer or mobile device.
Class Overview:
The course is design to be done remotely with a mobile device or computer. There will be a link for attendees to access and view a live demonstration. The demonstration will focus on finding Residential/Commercial manuals such as: Installation, Controls, Start-up, Service, and Troubleshooting. Following the Carrier/Bryant literature demonstration the course will then show how to find part numbers and warranty information while on the job site.
