    The training begins with the foundation of how an inverter drive condenser is different from a traditional single/dual stage condenser. After going through the primary components with troubleshooting diagnostic techniques, the training will focus on the most common troubleshooting codes, communicating thermostat set up and troubleshooting, as well as how to avoid the most common call backs. This class has interactive segments and is designed to have time set aside for hands on diagnosing and troubleshooting  

    Class Level: Beginner – intermediate
    Class Objective: At the completion of this training attendees will be able to diagnose the most common issues on an inverter
    drive condenser.
    Class Overview: How does an inverter drive condenser differ from a traditional single/dual stage condenser? After analyzing
    the primary components with troubleshooting diagnostic techniques, this training will focus on:
    - Common troubleshooting codes
    - Communicating thermostat set up, troubleshooting, and how to prevent the most common call back issues
    This class has interactive segments where attendees can practice hands on troubleshooting on select components.
