Class Description:
During this class, we will be discussing techniques for finding ETHICAL revenue, be it, I.A.Q., repairs or system replacements. Inform, Educate, Offer. That is the theme. This is a technician/installer focused class that will teach technicians and installers how to properly communicate to their customers. The customers will feel good about their decision in choosing your company for their HVAC needs and they will tell everyone they know about how great their experience was with your company. This class will teach you how to communicate properly with clients, increase your positive online reviews and will maximize your average ticket!
This class qualifies for FAD Distributor, NATE, Ohio and Kentucky CEU's.
