In this workshop you will:
• Define your most common Service Calls
• Create written procedures for diagnosing,
resolving, and charging your customers.
• Create a playbook that helps your techs know
what to do in situations like:
- Bad Capacitor, Contactor, etc.
- Undercharged or overcharged system
- Leaking or short cycling systems
- Noise issues, changing Blower and Condenser motors
- Cleaning the Condenser Coil, and much more!
Your Company has an opportunity to send multiple Service Techs to the same service call. Would there be consistency in the
