The objective of the course is for technicians to better understand the fundamentals of informing, educating and offering accessories/systems in the HVAC industry.
The course will begin with technical skills needed to recognize whether the ductwork of system has adequate airflow and simple solutions to increase airflow efficiency. The goal of the course is to educate technicians the importance of interaction with homeowners in offering accessories that would benefit air quality or energy savings. Facilitated by Jeff Clausen (Sales Techniques - 100% Customer Satisfaction in every call) and Dirk Nauman (Technical skills of selling).
