Do I need an account to buy from Habegger?

Yes. Because of state regulations, purchases at Habegger are limited to licensed HVAC contractors. To get started, simply complete our quick online account application. Most credentialed contractors are approved within just a few business days, giving you access to our full line of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

What are Habegger's hours of operation?

Most Habegger HVAC branch locations are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. local time. During peak season, select distribution hubs also provide Saturday counter pickup for added convenience. For exact hours by location, please visit our Locations page.

What is the process for becoming a Bryant/Carrier HVAC Dealer?

To become an authorized Bryant or Carrier dealer, contact your local Habegger Territory Manager for guidance, or apply directly through the manufacturer's websites: Become a Bryant Dealer or Become a Carrier Dealer. Partnering with Habegger gives you access to dealer support, training, marketing programs, and a full inventory of HVAC equipment and parts to help grow your business.

Do you offer HVAC co-op programs?

Yes. Habegger offers co-op advertising and marketing programs for HVAC contractors, though eligibility and details vary by region and brand. To learn more about available co-op opportunities, reimbursement guidelines, and how to qualify, please contact your local Territory Manager.

Do you have any HVAC specials or promotions available currently?

Can I place HVAC orders online for in-store pickup?

Yes. At the checkout, simply choose Branch Pickup and select your preferred Habegger location for fast, convenient order fulfillment.

Where can I see my Personal Account Dashboard?

After logging in, click your name in the top right corner or go to My Account to access your order history, open quotes, invoices, and saved carts.

What if I forgot my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the reset link. Still having trouble? Contact us for a temporary password reset at marketing@habeggercorp.com.

How do I change the information on My Account?

Log in, go to Profile Settings under your account tab, and update your addresses, phone numbers, and payment methods at any time.

Can I track my open HVAC orders online?

Yes. Log in and go to My Orders to view order status, invoices, and quotes—available 24/7.

Can I place an order outside of regular business hours?

Absolutely. Our online ordering system is available 24/7.

Do you have a loyalty program for frequent buyers?

Yes. The Habegger Loyalty Rewards program enables HVAC contractors to earn points on purchases of HVAC parts and supplies. Contact your local branch and complete the enrollment form to determine if you qualify.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ACH, and checks. Approved credit accounts may also use payment terms.

What if I am Tax Exempt?

If you have a valid government-issued tax-exempt form or resale certificate, Habegger can add it to your account so sales tax will not be charged on eligible purchases. Contact your local branch or account representative to update your profile.

Yes. Habegger offers high-efficiency HVAC systems, including SEER 2-rated heat pumps, ENERGY STAR® furnaces with up to 98% AFUE, and low-GWP A2L refrigerants. Contractors can filter by efficiency rating or refrigerant type directly in our online shop.

Habegger provides flexible HVAC delivery and pickup options to fit your project needs:

• Free branch pickup for fast, local service
• Scheduled Habegger truck delivery directly to your shop or jobsite
• LTL/freight shipping for large HVAC equipment orders

What is the lead time for HVAC orders to be fulfilled?

Most in-stock counter parts are ready for branch pickup in 30 minutes or less. Lead times for HVAC equipment vary depending on branch workload and inventory availability. Contractors can log in to My Orders at any time to track order status and view invoices.

How do I start a return?

To initiate an HVAC product return, please submit an RMA request in your online account or contact your local Habegger branch with the original invoice number. Our team will provide a return label or pickup instructions to complete the process.

Where do I file a warranty claim?

HVAC contractors can log in to their account and access the AIG Warranty Center to submit a warranty claim using the guided online form. For additional support with HVAC equipment or parts warranty claims, please contact your local branch or Territory Manager.
