440 Flare Cap, 1/4″, Brass JB-N5-4

The 440 Flare Cap, 1/4″ (JB-N5-4) is a JB Industries brass flare cap designed for sealing 1/4-inch SAE refrigeration flare connections, machined from premium C360/C370 brass for high tensile strength and corrosion resistance with counterbores that allow core removal if the flare becomes damaged; suitable for use with copper, brass, aluminum, steel, and plastic tubing where an acceptable SAE flare is generated, the cap provides leak-resistant closure for service ports or unused flare fittings during evacuation, charging, and diagnostic work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
